Position: Part-Time Nurse Injector
Experience: Minimum 2 years in cosmetic injections (certification required)
Hours: Flexible, 1-2 days/week, 6-hour shifts

Role Overview:

• Perform facial injectables, including dermal fillers and Sculptra, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
• Conduct thorough consultations, skin analyses, and customized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate daily charting and clinical documentation
• Educate patients on products and aftercare to enhance results
• Collaborate with a supportive team, attending team meetings and events

Qualifications:

• RN/NP License (current state licensure)
• Cosmetic Injection Certification (2 years of injection experience required)
• Professional, team-oriented, and passionate about aesthetic care
• Strong communication and social media skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining confidentiality

We’re Hiring: Part-Time Esthetician/Front Desk Associate

Join our premier Medspa as a Part-Time Esthetician/Front Desk Associate, where you’ll play a dual role in providing top-tier skincare services and exceptional administrative support. This position is perfect for a well-rounded professional who enjoys blending patient care with front-office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Esthetician Duties:

• Perform advanced skincare treatments, including HydraFacials, chemical peels, and facials.
• Conduct skin analyses and create tailored treatment plans.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and skincare product recommendations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records.

Front Desk Duties:

• Greet patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Handle check-in/check-out processes and maintain accurate records for charges, receipts, and schedules.
• Educate patients on skincare product lines (Skin Medica, SkinCeuticals, Elta MD) and rewards programs (Brilliant Distinctions, Aspire).
• Monitor and respond to social media and email inquiries professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medspa or similar setting (Plastic Surgery/Dermatology experience also acceptable).
• Proficiency in advanced skincare treatments, including HydraFacial and chemical peels.
• Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance (certifications required or obtainable).
• Familiarity with tools like Orchid Daysmart, RxPhoto, and Dropbox.
